How a company should be run! From my phone call to their call centre, to the follow up phone call ( within 5 minutes!) from the manager of the specific location I was storing my vehicle to my interaction with the facility on my initial visit and storage was simply outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly efficient. I truly wish all companies operated in this manner! Well done Access Storage!

Just a quick review regarding this specific location. I'm glad that I have picked at random Oakviille location. During a visit I was greeted with very knowledgeable and attentive staff that assisted me with showing the unit and making sure the car will fit for storage. Before signing up agreement everything was explained to me with no pressure and all the options. Very positive bunch of guys. Highly recommended (even if it's further away from your home). 5 Stars from me.
