Booking was so quick over the phone and rates are so cheap than other storage facility. For affordable rate you will get a huge container with easy access. Must say best customer service ever. Thanks Tyler for setting up the access for my storage and vehicle parking.

I recently visited Access storage self-storage facility to check on a truck I’ve been storing on behalf of someone else and noticed what appeared to be damage. I hadn’t been by in almost two months, so I called immediately to report it. I was connected to their AI customer care agent, honestly, my first time speaking with one, and I was impressed with how smooth and efficient the interaction was.
After describing the issue to the AI, I contacted the truck’s owner to confirm whether the damage was pre-existing, which he confirmed it was.
Shortly after, I received a thoughtful call from Mitchell checking to make sure I was okay, which really showed the level of care and attention they offer. I appreciated how helpful and understanding Mitchell was, and I explained the situation and apologized for the mix-up.
All in all, great service, responsive follow-up, and a surprisingly pleasant experience with both their AI and human support.

Âccess Storage is great open facility for anything, you access the storage anytime. However, the rates is a little higher than others. If their rates are lower, I guarantee they will have more business. Overall, is a good storage place and the staffs are friendly.
